The Three-headed Alien, also known as the Scorpion Alien, is an adult variant of the Xenomorph XX121 species of unknown conception that, as its name suggests, possessed three heads. These variants of the Xenomorph were encountered by the Space Marines onboard the Starship Narcissus and presumably the planet Acheron.
